Regulation on viticulture.

This Regulation determines the wine-growing regions, wine-growing sub-regions and vineyards, their boundaries and the method of determining the boundaries of vineyards and wine-growing locations, evidence to be submitted in order to register a vineyard as a historic wine-growing location, the national list of recognized grape vine cultivars, as well as the necessary data that grape producers and traders must provide to customers, application forms and evidence in the national procedure for the protection of wine as protected designations of origin, protected designations of geographical origin and traditional expression, and application forms and specifications of the label of wine and flavored wine products for approval, amendment, objection or waiver of the request in the protection procedure at the level of the European Union.
