Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes the method of operation, including the start-up and shutdown of waste incineration and co-incineration plants, control of incoming waste, the method of protecting air, soil and water, and the management of waste generated in the waste incineration and co-incineration plant. The incineration plant and waste co-incineration plant shall include all incineration lines or all co-incineration lines, waste reception, storage, waste pre-treatment facilities on the site of the incineration plant or waste co-incineration plant, waste, fuel and air supply systems, boilers, waste gas treatment plants, plants for the treatment or storage of residual waste and wastewater on the site, chimneys, devices and systems for controlling incineration or co-incineration, recording and monitoring incineration and co-incineration conditions.
