Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the rules aimed to define the terms and conditions of operation such as the incineration (incineration plants, facilities) of various types of waste (thermal treatment, waste disposal, waste management).
This Regulation hereby officially adopts (as regard the legal system of the Republic of Croatia) the rules stipulated by the: Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste (that also repeals several other previous Directives; and Directive 2010/75/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control).
