Regulation on waste tires management.

This Regulation determines various procedures and objectives of the necessary management/handling with waste tires, including the classification of such waste, and various terms as regards the separate collection, transport, storage, recycle, reuse, treatment and disposal, data collection, reporting to the European Union and other competent authorities and other.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
