Regulation on the way of monitoring the damage to forest ecosystems.

This Regulation establishes the competent authority and sets the related tasks for the implementation of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. No 1737/2006 of 7 November 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) (EC) No 2152/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on forestry and environmental interaction in the Community, in respect of damage monitoring of forest ecosystems, collecting data, content and keeping of the related Register.
The monitoring of forest ecosystem damage in the Republic of Croatia is carried out within the framework of the International Programme for Assessment and Monitoring of Aviation Pollution on Forests, on Level 1 and Level 2 networks, also in accordance with the Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution.
