Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner for a broadly based, harmonized, comprehensive and long-term monitoring of forest ecosystem in terms of effective damage, including the monitoring of grid points, data collection methods, registry maintenance, and conditions of use and delivery of collected data on forest ecosystem damage to domestic and international bodies and institutions (monitoring and data collection/delivery carried out within the framework of the International Program for Assessment and Monitoring of Aesthetic Pollution on Forests, and also in accordance with the Convention on Long-range transboundary Air Pollution).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for certain provisions (as listed in the article 52) that will enter into force on the day of the Croatian effective accession into the European Union.
