Regulation on the working methods of the Commission for the protection of the rights of service users.

This Regulation here defines all necessary rules and methods for the correct performance of designated tasks that are meant for the Croatian Commission for the protection of the rights of service users. This Commission is part of the Croatian Regulatory Agency for Network Activities (HAKOM). HAKOM resolves disputes and requests based on the Commission's proposal, also in relation to consumer protection needs and requests. The Commission shall be established at HAKOM as an advisory body in accordance with the provisions of the Law on consumer protection. The Commission shall consist of representatives of HAKOM's expert service and representatives of consumer associations.
