Abstract
This Regulation lays down the cross compliance requirements in agricultural production, as well as persons under obligation to meet the requirements, compliance checks, sanctions for non-compliance, and compliance deadlines as eligibility criteria for allocation of direct payments.
Cross compliance requirements are the minimum requirements for the management of agricultural holdings or statutory procedures which must be observed by agricultural holdings in carrying out agricultural activities, concerning: the environmental protection, public, animal and plant health and animal welfare; good agricultural and environmental practice.
The Annexe is an integral part of this Regulation.
