Regulations on direct payments in agriculture.

This Regulation prescribes the terms and conditions for the implementation of direct payments in agriculture, namely for: 1) basic payment for the agricultural area: for meadows and pastures, and all other land uses; 2) for the production related payments: special payments in crop production, other payments for plant production, payments per head of cattle, payments for keeping and slaughtering cattle, special payments per head of cattle, additional payments for the production of breeding material, payments for milk and other general and specific payments for livestock.
The Annexe is an integral part of this Regulation.
