Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the methods of sampling and analysis of condensed milk and milk powder.
Sampling is conducted by an authorized qualified person in accordance with special regulations. Each sample taken for official use, must be sealed and labelled in accordance with special regulations.
The Annex I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the provisions of the Regulation on the methods of sampling and methods of chemical and physical analysis of milk and dairy products (Official Gazette 53/91, 158/03) will be no longer in force.
