13/2023. (IV. 19.) Decree on procedural rules related to the use of certain subsidies financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund, the European Agricultural Rural Development Fund and the central budget.

This Decree provides for detailed procedural rules related to the manner for the use of certain subsidies financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and from the European Agricultural Rural Development Fund, including the central national budget. In the unified application, the agricultural producer indicates all eligible and non-subsidized agricultural areas that he utilizes - regardless of whether he applies for support for the given area - by providing data on the utilization of the declared fields. The reporting obligation also applies to agricultural fields that do not reach the minimum eligible size specified for each subsidy. If the agricultural producer does not require support in connection with any notified table, he indicates this in the unified application. Article 1 lists all applicable agricultural practices and sectors subject to these subsidies (includes agro-forestry, cultivation of permanent crops, agro-technical operations, permanent grassland and permanent pasture, and other).
