601/2022. (XII. 28.) Government Decree on the organization and institutions of the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy and agricultural subsidies provided from the national budget.

This Decree, as for the scopes and purposes that are regulated in the LXV of 2022 Act on the procedure for agricultural subsidies provided by the Common Agricultural Policy and the national budget, here sets the organization, responsibilities and task, and indicates the designated institutions for the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy and agricultural subsidies provided from the national budget. Scope of this rules are regarding the following financial sources: a) the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund; b) the European Agricultural Rural Development Fund; c) the general budget of the European Union; d) the national budget. The Annex is also part of this publication (list of designated bodies and decision-making bodies that control management requirements contained in legislation).
