LXV of 2022 Act on the procedure for agricultural subsidies provided by the Common Agricultural Policy and the national budget.

This Law is adopted in order to establish the basic principles and uniform organizational, institutional, information and procedural frameworks related to the implementation of agricultural subsidies from the financial foundations of the Common Agricultural Policy and the central European budget. In addition to ensuring equal access opportunities to information related to the use of subsidies from European Union and national sources and participation in other market regulation measures of the common agricultural policy that do not involve the payment of subsidies, the sponsor provides the beneficiary with relevant information necessary to comply with national legislation and European Union legal acts, as well as other provisions, and enables learning about the order of participation in the measures based on European Union legal acts, national legislation and other provisions. The scope of this Law covers the following: a) European Agricultural Guarantee Fund; b) European Agricultural Rural Development Fund; general budget of the European Union.
