Abstract
This Agreement was published by Act No. II of 2014. The purpose of this Agreement, besides a general cooperation in the field of nuclear energy production and research, is the cooperation in the field of production of radioisotopes and its utilization in the industrial sector, in medicine and in agriculture. The competent authorities for the implementation of this Agreement: for the Hungarian Party is the Ministry of National Development, for the Russian Party is the “ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation”.
