Abstract
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the requirements for wine production. Tokaj's wine specialties are: Tokaj Samorodni, Tokaj Climbing, Tokaj Translation, Tokaj Aszú and Aszenes and Tokaj Essence, Tokaji szamorodni. According to sugar content, the types of Tokaj samamodni are as follows: (a) dry Tokaji samamodni: up to 10 g/l sugar content; (b) sweet Tokaji samamodni: above 10 g / l sugar content. The sensory characteristics of the Tokyo samorodni are as follows: (a) color: from light yellow to golden yellow; (b) purity: clean, but any fine powdery precipitation in the bottle resulting from ripening is allowed; (c) scent: a healthy samorodni and maturation scent typical of Tokaj wine specialties; (d) taste, flavor: healthy, harmonious, samorodni and maturation taste and flavour characteristic of the Tokaj wine specialties.
