Abstract
This Decree sets out the animal health requirements for the importation and transit of live ungulate animals originating from third countries. Annex 1 lists the species to which this Decree must be applied. Animal health requisites to be fulfilled by the third country of origin are contained in Articles 4-5 and in Annex 2. Annex 3 shows the model animal health certificate.
