Abstract
This Decree applies to the support for agricultural environmental management co-financed from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund Guarantee Section and from the national budget in conformity with the National Rural Development Plan approved by the European Commission. The purpose of the support is the development of production-site-specific production structure, environmentally conscious farming and sustainable land use. In connection with these purposes, the improvement of environmental conditions, increasing the vitality and economic efficiency of farms through the implementation of the obligations undertaken and determined by specific objectives are listed in Article 5. This Decree provides rules of proceeding related to the application for support and describes each objective in detail.
