Abstract
This Decree provides the rules for the implementation of the relative Act. It contains provisions regarding the approval of fruit and vegetable producer groups and producer organizations, their association, operational rules. These organizations shall establish an operational fund and prepare their operational program to be submitted to the Ministry of Rural Development for the purpose of obtaining EU financial support. This Decree provides rules as well as for crises prevention and management, promotion and communication, training, withdrawal of products from the market, application of non-harvesting measures, harvest insurance, data reporting, financing, inspection and sanctions.
