Abstract
Annex 1 of the Decree forms the catalogue of wastes. Article 1(3) defines the classification "hazardous waste". Annex 2 contains instructions on the classification of wastes. Annex 1 is divided into two lists. List A is the Basic List, which contains the codes of the European Waste Catalogue (EWC). List B is the Complementary List, which contains the codes of wastes classified as hazardous in Hungary.
