Abstract
This Decree applis to recreational vessels which length exceeds 2,5 meters and to components listed in Annex 2. Recreational vessels must be designed, constructed and furnished observing the rules of security, environmental and consumer protection, and sanitary measures determined in Annex 1. Compliance must be examined, controlled and certified according to the rules contained in Annexes 2-16.
