Abstract
This Decree sets out detailed rules regarding the environmental impact assessment in conformity with the Environmental Protection Act. Annex 1 lists the activities having relevant impact on the environment. This Decree contains rules regarding administrative proceedings relative to the preliminary study, the detailed study, and the authorization of activities subject to environmental impact assessment. There are detailed rules also regarding the implementation of the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a transboundary context signed on 26 February 1991 in Espoo (Finland).
