Abstract
The Decree defines the management plan of nature protection as a plan which contains the activities serving for the survey and inventory, conservation, maintenance, presentation and restoration of a protected natural area and its natural resources, as well as long lasting or future business and farming activities on the interested territory, and the rules regarding those activities. The plan must be prepared by that National Park Authority which is competent for the territory in question. The Decree contains detailed rules on the working out of the plan. The content of required documents is determined in the Annex. Plans should be supervised and, if necessary, modified every ten years.
