Decree No. 34 of 1997 of the Ministry of Agriculture on data reporting by wine growers' associations.

This Decree implements Law No. CII on wine growers' associations. Data specified in article 319d) of the Law shall be reported, collected and transferred in the way determined in this Decree. Every member of the association shall have a code number. Members are obliged to keep registers of grape harvest, processing (oenological practices), purchase and sale. Certificates of origin shall not be issued if registers are not kept in accordance with the related provisions or if the reported data is not conform to the information supplied in the certificate of origin.
