Decree No. 34 of 2011 (IV.28.) of the Ministry of Rural Development regarding the operation of fish hatchery plants and offering and marketing of breeding fish and fish breeding materials.

This Decree applies to hatching activity of provisionally approved and to approved breeding organizations, and to the offering and marketing of fish breeding materials, except for self-supplying hatcheries. The operation of hatcheries must be authorized. The activity of hatchery plants must be registered in the hatchery book. Marketed materials must bear a certificate of origin, a sample of which is shown in the Annex to this Decree. The list of authorized hatcheries must be published on the Central Agricultural Office's website.
