Abstract
This Decree shall be applied to public subsidies for agricultural, fishery, forestry, game management and rural development, to the payment of such subsidies and to support measures without payment, to bodies granting such subsidies, to beneficiaries, and to bodies cooperating in the reporting process to the European Commission.
