Abstract
This Decree shall be applied to packaged food intended to final consumption. Special provisions addresses labeling of and information regarding food containing allergens and intolerance substances. Lot identification is also ruled by this Decree.

Decree No. 152 of 2009 (XI. 12.) FVM of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the binding provisions of the Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus.

Repeals
Act XC of 1995 on food and implementing Joint Decree No. 1 of 1996 of the Ministries of Agriculture, of Public Welfare and of Industry and Commerce.
