Abstract
This Decree regulates the placing on the market of “EC fertilizers”, which shall be notified to the National Food Chain Safety Office in order to carry out the necessary conformity checks upon receipt of the goods.
The nutrients of a fertilizer shall be indicated on the packaging, on the label or in the accompanying document for the bulk goods in the elemental and oxide forms set out in the Annex .
The official control of EC fertilizers is performed by the Plant and Soil Protection Directorate of the County Government Office.
