Abstract
This Decree applies to activities related to the design, construction and operation of reuse islands, waste collection yards, waste transfer stations and waste selection plants. Common rules concerning urban solid waste facilities are contained in Articles 2-4. Special rules regarding the requisites for each of the facilities falling under this Decree are laid down in articles to follow.
