Abstract
According to the provisions of this Decree, grape varieties shall be tested for evaluate their suitability for production. Testing shall be authorized. The competent authority in this regard is the National Food Chain Safety Office (N BIH). This Decree contains also rules regarding data supply to the Office, register of newly established plantations for testing purposes and the procedure of classification of grape varieties. The list of classified grape varieties is published in Annex 1, while Annex 2 contains the list of varieties used for comparative purposes during testing.
