Order No. 3 of 1984 of the National Water Management Office on waste water penalty.

This Order gives the rules of determination of the waste water penalty to be imposed on the emitter if the inspection's results exceed the limits of polluting substances specified in Annex 1/A. The inspection of waste waters must be performed by environmental protection inspectorates. Administrative proceedings following the inspection of waste waters are described in detail. The amount of the penalty must be paid to the Central Environmental Protection Fund. Annex 1/B shows the classification of water resources on the basis of their grade of protection against pollution. Annex 2 lists certain factors, which modifies the determination of the penalty.
