Abstract
According to this Decree the Director of the Oilpalm Research Centre of Medan is granted a licence to release "Procecidochares Connexa" insects for the control of "Chromolaena Odorata" weeds in estate crops. After the release of insects the Director shall report to the Minister of Agriculture on the results of the release and shall be responsible for the continuous observation of the possibility of any negative impact on the environment.
