Abstract
The present Decree draws a distinction between companies which held a general meeting of shareholders prior 1 February 1995 and companies which held said meeting after 1 February 1995. The former shall constitute a joint-venture company along with a State-owned company (BUMN). As far as the latter is concerned, the extension of the forest concession shall be granted to the BUMN.
