Abstract
This Government Regulation amends the Government Regulation no. 96 of 2021 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities, in order to: ensure the application of good mining principles and the implementation of the national downstream programme; provide investments for holders of mining business permit and de-bureaucratisation in the mineral sector. The Regulation concerns: mining activity; coal; mining business licence; exploration; State-owned enterprises; cooperatives. Matters covered by this Regulation include: administrative measures; environmental management; technical requirements of cooperatives; advanced exploration operations; criteria for production operations; financial requirements.
