This Government Regulation amends the Government Regulation no. 10 of 2010 on procedures for changing the designation and functions of forest areas. Amendments concern: sustainable distribution of functions and benefits of forest areas; ensuring a proportional distribution of forest areas in comparison to the river basin areas; authorisation for plantation business activities.
