Government Regulation (PP) Number 36 of 2010 concerning the Business of Nature Tourism in Wildlife Sanctuaries, National Forest Parks and Nature Tourism Parks.

This Government Regulation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 paragraph (2) of Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and their Ecosystems, provides for management of tourism and nature tourism business in wildlife sanctuaries, national parks, forest parks and nature tourism parks. This Regulation includes: issuance of permits for the business of nature tourism; obligations and rights of business permit holders; cooperation in the business of natural tourism; provisions of services and facilities for ensuring the management of tourism and nature tourism business; payment of business fees; monitoring and evaluation measures; offences and penalties.
