Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 8 of 2019 concerning Nature Tourism Business in Wildlife Sanctuaries, National Parks, Forest Parks, and Nature Tourism Parks

This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 7 paragraph (4), Article 20, Article 22, Article 24 paragraph (4), Article 25 paragraph (5), and Article 29 of Government Regulation Number 36 of 2010 on the Business of Nature Tourism in Wildlife Sanctuaries, National Parks, Grand Forest Parks, and Nature Tourism Parks, in its last amended version, and in conformity to other legislative provisions, concerns the increasing of investment and business in the sector of Nature Tourism in Wildlife Sanctuaries, National Parks, Grand Forest Parks, and Nature Tourism Parks. The Regulation covers the following matters: business permit for tourism services; environmental permit; nature tourism business plan. The objectives of the Regulation are: organising nature tourism business, implemented in accordance with the principles of conservation of natural resources and ecosystem, in order to prevent damage to the ecosystem and protect wild animal and plant species; developing nature tourism in wildlife sanctuaries, national parks, grand forest parks and nature tourism parks, in order to improve local economy; providing certainty in doing business for applicants in permits and authorisations.
