Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2022 concerning Delegation of Granting Business Permits in the Field of Mineral and Coal Mining.

This Presidential Regulation, in order to implement the provisions of article 8 of the Government Regulation no. 96 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities, provides for defining granting business permits and transportation and sale permit in the mineral and coal mining sector. The Regulation concerns: activities covered by standard certification, including: exploration, general inquiry, feasibility studies, mining construction, transportation, post-mining, mining safety; issuance of permit for non-metallic mineral commodities in the sea area within 12 miles from the coast; granting of permit for the sale of certain types of non-metallic mineral commodities; monitoring and evaluation; implementation of business licence; funding provisions.
