Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 76 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 70 of 2023 concerning Land Allocation for Investment Arrangement.

This Presidential Regulation amends the Presidential Regulation no. 70 of 2023 concerning land allocation for investment arrangements, in order to support the smooth structuring of land use and utilisation for equitable distribution of investments. The Regulation concerns the following matter: task force for land use management and investment; business permits for forest utilisation, mining and plantation activities; coal mining concession; integrated business licensing system; land rights, as the legal relationship between the right holder and the land, including the space above the land and covering use, ownership and exploitation of land; community management; business entity; forest area; cooperative. Amendments concern: improvement of community welfare; rights and duties of business entities owned by religious community organisations; limitation on transfer of land and issuance of permits in forest areas.
