Abstract
This Regulation implements article 18 of the Law on Disaster Mitigation.
The Regulation provides for the establishment of a Regional Disaster Mitigation Board to formulate and stipulate disaster mitigation and refugee handling policies by taking action promptly, effectively and efficiently, and to coordinate the execution of disaster mitigation activities in an integrated manner and comprehensively.
The Regulation further provides for: organizational structure of the Board; working mechanisms; budget of the Board; etc.
