Regulation of Director General of Forestry Enterprises No. P.15/VI-BPPHH/2014 on Verification Assessment Mechanism of Legality Timber Verification (LVLK) as a Publisher of V-Legal Documents.

This Regulation pursuant to Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P.43/Menhut-II/2014, as amended, establishes Mechanism for Stipulation of Timber Legality Verification Institute (LVLK) as a publisher of V-Legal Documents. It specifies the procedures for LVLK application as a publisher of V-Legal Documents by submitting a request to the Minister with the following requirements: a. Accredited by a valid accrediting institution; b. Determination of the Minister as a valid LVLK; c. Have a permanent procedure concerning the issuance of a V-Legal Document published on the LVLK portal in accordance with the guidelines of V-Legal Document issuance; d. Have a permanent personnel who has the authority and responsibility in decision making issuance of V-Legal Documents qualified as auditor; and e. Have information technology equipment and qualified technical personnel at least D3 Information Technology or experienced in this for a minimum of three years, which can guarantee the ongoing issuance of V-Legal Document.
