Abstract
This Regulation establishes the Assessment for Performance of Forestry Sustainable Production Management and Verification of Timber Legality to License Holders or Private Forests. Based on the results of the evaluation of the implementation and considering the development of the performance of the forestry sustainable production management and timber legality verification, it re-adjusts the assessment of the performance of timber legality verification to the license holders. In the case of the Ministry of Forestry establish after assessment and/or verification, the licensee may apply to LP & VI as referred to in Article 8 paragraph(1) to be assessed in order to obtain a related certificate.
