Abstract
This Regulation, implementing provisions of Law no. 19 of 2003 on State-owned Enterprises, provides for establishment, management, supervision, dissolution of State-owned enterprises and State-owned limited liability companies. The Regulation defines: State-owned enterprises; State-owned limited liability companies; State-owned registered companies; public corporation; supervision activity. The Regulation covers the following matters: establishment of State-owned enterprises and companies; appointment and dismissal of members and board of directors; procedural matters; duties and responsibilities of members; preparation of a strategic Plan with targets and objectives of State-owned enterprises; financial measures; establishment of board of commissioners and supervisors and description of their duties; internal audit, audit committee and other committees; appropriation of profit and reserve funds; procurement of goods and services.
