Abstract
This Regulation provides for requirements and procedures for obtaining Commercial Business Permits for Biofuel in order to accelerate the procurement and utilization of biofuel as alternative fuel.
Corporations holding a Biofuel Commercial Business Permit shall be obliged to follow specific guidance, and in particular when: performing the construction of facilities and instruments of commercial business activities of biofuel as alternative fuel; trading and selling biofuel; exporting or importing biofuel; etc.
The Decision also provides for administrative sanctions.
