Abstract
This Regulation makes provision for the supply, use and trade of biofuel as alternate fuel in order to increase the use of alternate fuel in the context of national energy tenacity.
The Regulation stipulates that business enterprises performing business activities on biofuel must possess a business permit issued by the Minister for trading biofuel. Procedures and requirements for obtaining a business permit are set out in the Regulation.
The Regulation further provides for standards and quality specifications of biofuel as alternate fuel and for administrative sanctions.
