Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of five Chapters divided into 40 articles, establishes provisions to obtain mining business license areas. It specifies requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from such licence, including for special purposes (Chap. III); for Coal extraction (Chap. IV), etc.
