Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters and 1 Annex, for a total of 24 articles, establishes authorised operations and procedures for the rational use of ground waters. It is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Operation of Safe Use of Ground Water (Chap. II); Management and Supervision on Excercising Safe Use of Ground Water (Chap. III); Closing provisions (Chap. IV). The Annex specifies monitoring criteria for ground water users.
