Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, based on the provisions of article 296 paragraph (7) of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry no. 8 of 2021, provides for improving the quality of human resources for forest management technical personnel. The Regulation concerns forest work competency standards; work competency certificate; professional competency in the following fields: forest planning, utilisation and processing of forest products, use of forest areas, utilisation of non-timber forest products, forest harvesting; funding for implementing the Regulation’s provisions.
