Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry no. P.85/Menlhk/Setjen/Kum.1/11/2016 concerning Transportation of Cultivated Timber Forest Products Originating from Private Forests.

This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 118 of the Government Regulation no. 6 of 2007 concerning Forest Management and Preparation of Forest Management Plan, focuses on provisions for the issuance of documents for the transportation of timber forest products originating from private forests, in order to increase productivity, protect private rights and ownership and ensure proper distribution of timber forest products. The Regulation concerns: private forests; timber forest products derived from private forests; right to use land; transport note for cultivated wood and for products resulting from cultivation derived from private forest; certificate of origin; declaration of conformity; utilisation of timber forest products derived from private forest without a permit; transport procedure; capacity building of private forest owners; violations and sanctions.
