Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 19 articles divided into seven Chapters and four Appendices, establishes the administrative procedures for forestry products originating from Private Forests. The administration of the private forest products is intended to control the circulation of forestry products aimed at protecting the rights, private rights and legal certainty in the ownership/control and transportation of forestry products from private forests. Forestry products use from private forest does not need logging permission. The certificate of origin of forestry products originating from private forests are either: a) Form of Transport; or b) SKAU (Letter of Origin). Every private forest products to be transported from the location of harvest or collection points around the logging area to the destination point, must have either Form of Transport or Letter of Origin (SKAU), which is a transport document for transporting private forests products that applies to the entire territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The use of Letter of Origin (SKAU) is used in the private forests outside Java, Bali and Lombok.
