Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, based on the provisions of article 34 paragraph 3 of the Government Regulation no. 81 of 2012 concerning household and similar waste management, provides for implementing the national information system for waste management and for encouraging community participation in waste management. This Regulation concerns: waste generation; environmental protection; household waste management; sources of waste; information on waste management; procedure for use the national information system for waste management; duties and responsibilities of local governments.
